Since I'll be gone until Wednesday, I figured it would be a good chance to try out the "postdate" feature on this blogging thingie. So if you can read this, it works.

Here’s an email I received yesterday, debunked in bold mine:

Everyone seems to make fun of President Bush and his use of the English language. However, if the truth be known he is not the only one who says things that are a bit strange- - then there are some who make little to no sense at times - check for yourself......

"The vast majority of our imports come from outside the country."
- John F. Kerry This was actually said by George W. Bush in 2000.

"If we don't succeed, we run the risk of failure."

"We are ready for any unforeseen event that may or may not occur."

By the way, four years ago a friend sent me the exact same email, but with Gore's name substituted for Kerry's. Unbelievable.
