D. Sidhe

I am not unsympathetic to Mr Morford. But I can't buy a home in Seattle because so many of his fellow Californians spent the last three decades moving up here and driving up the property values. So I live in a condo in a less-well-favored suburb. I'm aware that obviously he's not one of them, but I'm also aware that we're going to be seeing ever-increasing numbers of environmental refugees, and they're going to need someplace to move. In other words: It's tough all over. The only solutions seem to involve breaking down income stratification.
