Albino Monday: Mute Swans. I know they're not albinos, but they are white. And they're the closest thing I could find to an animal that represents Valentine's Day. In Greek mythology, Zeus turns himself into a white swan to trick and seduce Leda, the king of Sparta's wife, which I guess really isn't all that romantic whan you think about it.
