Albino Monday: Ghost mule deer.
It's pretty much gone unnoticed for some reason, but since about a week after the hurricane in September, starfish have been disappearing along the northeast coast. From Cape Cod to New Jersey there are essentially no adults left. All we're finding are very small ones under an inch across. Here's a story that ran in my local paper about it.
