Really good ping-pong players amaze me. Some of these shots are unbelievable.
How many businesses (remember, I'm not a non-profit) can pull this off? Every year I need to send out postcards to 12,000 teachers. Bulk mail is actually more expensive, so I hand label and stamp each one. It takes me weeks. This year I put a call out for volunteers to come in and do the mailing for me in exchange for pizza and some free passes. Nearly 50 people showed up tonight and we got the entire thing done in 45 minutes (that's over 250 postcards per minute). I've got some good people in my town.
If I lived close, I would have been there postcarding too. (Is that more effective that emails?)

I tried an email campaign but it was useless. Very low response and most schools blocked them.

You've got more than good people, you've got damned good people.
But it surprises me that bulk mail is more expensive.

For non-profits and envelope mailings, the bulk mailing permits make these cheaper.
For-profit companies like Biomes have higher rates, but still envelope mailing is cheaper with a permit, but for some reason postcards cost more with a permit.
