The customer is not always right. In fact, as a business owner for 22 years, I’ve found they are sometimes wrong. And I’m not shy about telling them that when the very rare irritable customer issue comes up. Which is why I heart this Facebook response from one of the owners of Liberty Bottleworks in Washington.
Also, the site Not Always Right can be a fun read, but many of the stories are probably made up, or at least embellished quite a bit. I've never seen a customer "turn red and run out the door", which is how a bunch of these things end.
